MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the development and execution of grassroots marketing campaigns for new residential communities.
  • Schedule and coordinate events within budgetary limits for current and prospective residents.
  • Monitor, promote and direct community events. Handle the communication with the programmed events and measure each event’s success.
  • Develop relationships with community members and area stakeholders, in order to promote CASTO’s properties and brand in the community.
  • Work alongside the Property Management and Marketing teams to achieve property lease-up goals, through the development of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Work alongside Social Media coordinator to oversee content posted to multiple social media pages and platforms.
  • Oversee residential websites and manage SEO.
  • Administer brand and reputation management.
  • Represent CASTO as a brand ambassador in the residential communities in which we serve.
  • Understand market competition and perform market research.
  • Other marketing duties as assigned.

SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years relevant experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and flexible hours, including some nights and weekends
  • Experience planning events, working within budget constraints, and interacting with caterers and other vendors
  • Experience managing multiple social media pages and platforms for a business
  • Strong written and verbal skills
